Opening & Cleaning

Use opening machines to break compressed cotton bales into loose cotton fibers, while removing seeds, leaves and other impurities to ensure fabric cleanliness.

Carding into Sliver

Carding machines comb messy cotton fibers into ordered, thin cotton webs, which are then rolled into continuous "cotton slivers" stored in sliver cans.

Drawing & Blending
