Fabric-Supplier is a wholesale fabric supplier and manufacturer in China, founded in 2003. We spin, weave, dye and finish cotton, cotton blends, denim, linen, polyester and mesh fabrics under one roof, run our own denim fabric mill, and produce up to 100,000 meters a month for garment factories, brands, wholesalers and importers in 60+ countries.

Six problems fabric buyers raise most often, and the control we run for each one. Tensile strength and colorfastness are tested in our in-house lab.
Bulk fabric differs from the approved sample in hand feel, shade or weight.
Our control: a sealed reference of the approved sample is kept and every bulk lot is tested against it.
Cotton shrinks or side seams twist after washing.
Our control: a 50 × 50 cm square is marked on 3 rolls per lot, washed at 40 °C and measured; a shrinkage report ships with the order.
Rolls from one order don’t match each other.
Our control: a shade band from each dye lot is approved before shipment, and rolls are graded A / B / C under D65 and TL84 light.
Stretch denim loses recovery and bags at the knees.
Our control: core-spun or dual-core weft, heat-setting logged for each lot, and growth tested.
Fabric tears or color fades in use.
Our results: average tensile strength 420 N (ASTM D5034); colorfastness grade 4–5 (ISO 105-C06).
Defects are only found after the fabric arrives.
