Yarn & Warping
Ring, slub or open-end warp yarn wound onto beams. Core-spun stretch weft booked for the order.

Stretch, rigid, selvedge, raw, eco and coated denim from 8 to 21 oz, woven and finished in our own denim fabric mill — a direct denim fabric supplier, not a trading office. Choose the article for your garment, order denim fabric wholesale in full rolls, and we keep shade, shrinkage, stretch and wash response consistent from the first roll to the last.

Six families of wholesale denim fabric, hung like a sample rail. Pick a tag to open the article: weight range, construction, typical use — and the problem buyers meet most often with it.
Pick what you make. We recommend the article, the weight and stretch, and the tests to put in your purchase order for bulk denim fabric.
Denim is sold by ounces per square yard (1 oz ≈ 34 g/m²). Weight decides drape and durability; stretch decides fit and comfort. Hover a garment marker or a stretch level.
Holds its shape, fades with high contrast. For heritage jeans, jackets and workwear.
Looks like rigid denim but moves with the body. The standard for straight and slim jeans.
High stretch with tested recovery, for skinny and jegging fits. How recovery is tested
Build your article on the spec sheet. The swatch is re-cut with every choice; send it as your specification and we reply with a price and a hand-loom sample.
Most denim claims appear after washing, not on the roll. That is where we test.
Indigo is built up in many dips on a rope range, so shade drifts within a dye set and between sets. Unsorted rolls put that drift into one jean.
Several dye sets per order; shade drift inside each long rope-dyeing run.
A piece of every roll sewn into a shade blanket, washed with your recipe, graded A1 / A2 / B1 under D65.
Shade group on every roll ticket and packing list — each lay cut from one group.
Twill stores torque. Without skewing and pre-shrinking, length shrinks up to 10% and the side seam rotates to the front after the first wash. Drag the handle to compare.
Baggy knees mean the fabric stretched but did not come back. We use core-spun or dual-core weft, log the heat-setting of each lot and test growth to ASTM D3107 — limit ≤ 5%.
Stretch under load: 0%. The part that does not come back after 30 minutes is growth.
Indigo stays in the outer ring of the warp yarn. If that ring is deeper or shallower than on your sample, bulk washes down flatter or lighter. We fix dip count, airing and bath pH per article and approve each dye set on a washed panel.
Unfixed indigo and sulfur rub off onto white sneakers, car seats and light bags. Wet crocking is the most common failure on dark and black denim.
| Test cloth | Not washed-off | Washed-off & fixed |
|---|---|---|
| Dry AATCC 8 | 3 | 4–5 |
| Wet ISO 105-X12 | 1–2 | 3 |
| Why | Surface indigo and sulfur left on the yarn | Wash-off boxes after dyeing; fixing agent on dark & black |
| In the PO | No grade — no basis for a claim | Dry ≥ 3–4 · Wet ≥ 2–3 per lot |
The same fabric looks completely different after washing. For every dye set we wash a panel with your recipe, so you approve the look you will sell. Hover a wash to open it.
